Crevar Launches Consulting Practice
Leaves a Legacy at the Firm
January 10, 2006, High Point, NC - Tracy Crevar Warren, chief marketing and business development officer of Dixon Hughes PLLC, is leaving the firm to launch a new business venture. Her new organization, The Crevar Group, will focus on growth consulting for professional services firms.
"She helped put us on the map," says Eddie Sams, co-chief executive partner. "So much has changed since she has been with us. During this time, we have seen significant growth. Tracy has helped mold the culture of the firm, develop industry niche practices, create a solid marketing and business development infrastructure, and build an outstanding marketing and business development team. As you can imagine, it is bittersweet for us. She has been such an integral part of the firm for over a decade, but she also has so much experience to offer professional services firms looking to grow their organizations. We are pleased to be the first client of The Crevar Group."
"Sometimes opportunities just seek you, but it is up to you to recognize them," says Crevar. "The past 15 years with Dixon Hughes have prepared me for this new venture. I thrive on helping organizations determine where they want to go and how to get there. This is what The Crevar Group is all about. My relationship with Dixon Hughes has far surpassed my wildest expectations. It is so exciting to see how far the firm has come in such a relatively short period of time. It is a true testament to the firm's leadership. I feel good about where the firm is now and where they are going."
With a focus on growth, The Crevar Group will advise professional services firms in a number of areas, including niche development; staff training; coaching; marketing and business development; and ROI maximization.
